We are into business of creating Open Plot ventures at outskirts of  Hyderabad city. 

Our expertise to convert a raw land (unused land) into a potential development opportunity for investors and builders.  It involves obtaining all necessary approval from HMDA or other govt agencies. We assure that property has clear title with no problems. 

The primary concern is Community’s growth when we select the open land and then we need to add infrastructure including roads, drainage system, water, sewerage. 

Once it is ready we market the land to home builders or direct to the customers (an individual).

Since we are also into Construction we take full responsibility of construction of house on these plots for our customers. 

Our responsibilities begin with designing to completion of the project and handover keys to the customer.
